Mobile Sales Tool

Meeting clients out of the office has become a common if not necessary process in making a deal. Most of the time, sales representatives carry a large amount of supporting documents and materials to assist with their presentations. Equipping a company’s sales force with a mobile sales tool increases convenience and efficiency as these previously cumbersome documents and materials can now be efficiently stored within a tablet, MID, and/or smartphones.

Understanding the need to incorporate desktop programs and materials to work with such mobile sales tools, Artificial Life has employed Opus-M’s modules to assist the transition or interface (if a full migration is not desired). For the mobile sales tool back-end, Opus-M’s Migration Tool and Content Catalog modules enable the integration of existing CRM programs to work together. The Search/Indexing and Recommendation modules act as search engines for the front-end to enable intuitive discovery of desired content by the sales team. With these, business analytics, customer data, and team notices can be made available to the sales team while on-the-go. Upon finalizing a deal, the Accounts and Reports modules are then used to facilitate remote transactions with the secured Billing module. The overall responsiveness and efficiency of the sales cycle is streamlined with the use of mobile sales tools.
