With diabetics required to continually record and monitor their diabetes related health readings, GluCoMo™ serves as a centralized hub for users to keep track of all their data. Enabling this mHealth solution are various Opus-M modules including the Rich Client Application, Messaging Framework and Social Communications modules.

The Rich Client Application provides the custom user experiences on mobile phones that allows for a new and unique diabetes tracking solution. The Messaging Framework and Social Communications modules allow for the communication between patients, family members and care givers. With an integrated e-mail alert system and an in-app forum, doctors and patients are able to exchange information such as medical advice about appointments, treatment, etc. thus enhancing the patients' overall health management.
